Frasers Property Australia and Logan City Council, with support from the Queensland Government building acceleration fund, are working together to upgrade the local road network in Bahrs Scrub.
The Charlie team were engaged as Principal Representative and Client-Side Project Manager. We provided specialist technical and strategic advice from a comprehensive review and value add of the design, tender preparation and management including a detailed and robust analysis of contractor submissions, through to ongoing Project Management involvement and advisory service during construction delivery.

Upgrades by Frasers Property part of the Brookhaven Masterplan Community
Three new intersections installed at the connection to: Wuraga / Menora Roads; Menora / Hein / Bahrs Scrub Roads; and the Menora Road entry to future Brookhaven Retail and Townhouse Village
A new road link between Barhs Scrub Road and Menora Road is being constructed, along with upgrades to Bahrs Scrub Road and various other cross sections to address key safety issues and better connectivity to the broader road network
Value engineering through review of design to achieve better constructability and a design that will work within a set budget.
